For those on Zofran, or took Zofran...
A few questions - answer whatever ones you can:
1. Do you sometimes feel like you are going to throw up, with intense nausea, but all of a sudden its like something is literally keeping it down? Not enough to rush you to the toilet, but enough where you just say - whoa...
2. Did you still have no appetite and intense food aversions?
3. Did you have these horrific pounding headaches?
4. Were you exhausted and ready to go to sleep at any time?
5. Were you able to stop taking it after you 1st trimester?
TIA ladies!

Not enough to rush you to the toilet, but enough where you just say - whoa... Totally...it was certainly NOT a miracle drug but it kept me from the hospital.
2. Did you still have no appetite and intense food aversions? No apetite at all...I lost 10 pounds right away.
3. Did you have these horrific pounding headaches? I had that plus so much more.
4. Were you exhausted and ready to go to sleep at any time? Sleep was the only thing that kept me sane.
5. Were you able to stop taking it after you 1st trimester? I stopped it after 16 weeks but I needed it severely 3xs a day.
TIA ladies!

Yes. All the time. It slowed down the nausea but didn't stop it completely.
2. Did you still have no appetite and intense food aversions?
Yes. All I could ingest for the 1st 20 weeks was BK chicken sandwiches (plain) and straight up Coke. Horrendous diet (I know) but that was the only thing I could choke down, even with the Zofran.
3. Did you have these horrific pounding headaches?
Yes, but I don't know if they were attributed to the Zofran since I had them before I was PG as well.
4. Were you exhausted and ready to go to sleep at any time?
Yes, again pretty normal and not necessarily related to Zofran.
5. Were you able to stop taking it after you 1st trimester?
Yes and I did (full blown M/S "subsided" after 15 weeks, stopped completely at 20).
TIA ladies!
