Re: Cord banks
We used maze last time and will this time as well... They have one pricing you pay $2k and that includes 20 years of storage. I also liked that they are based in westcheser- I forget which of the big ones but one of them was in a flood zone. Process last time was super easy nd they were great to work with

Re: Cord banks
We're going with Viacord.
They are actually have a free brunch at Villa Lombardis in Holbrook this Sunday. If you attend, you get $500 discount.
I called and told them I couldnt attend because I have a Christening and they let me have the discount anyway since I am due prior to them having another one.
The usual cost is $2250 upfront plus an annual storage fee of $135 per year which you pay on the month of your childs birthday.
Since I got the $500 off, it came to $1750 total. I opted for the 12 month interest free payment plan (though there is a $4 dollar per month additional charge) which comes to $150 per month.

Re: Cord banks
Just trying to make sure I understand
Viacord is $1750 for initial service and then $135/yearly? That comes out to $4,450 for the service?
or is the $135 included in the total fee...
Just want to make sure that what I am getting with Maze is the best deal ($2k total for service and 20 years of banking)

Yes, its an annual storage fee of $135 (pay once per year for however long you want to store for.
Sounds like the deal with Maze is definitely better if all your storage fees are paid for within the 2K for 20 years.
