prenatal Yoga
I'm about 10 weeks and I would love to start taking prenatal yoga classes to meet some other moms to be in the area and maybe get some limber int eh process... does anyone know of any good places in the huntington/northport/commack area??

There is a place in East Northport right off Vernon Valley Road. I drive by it everyday, but I can't thing of the name!! I know they offer pre-natal yoga. I'll post the name if it comes to me.

thanks! I think that place is inner spirit yoga. I'll check it out. Do you think 10 weeks is too early to start?

yes, they have it there. they call it something else, not prenatal but Gentle Yoga or soemthing.

I would give them a call and ask. They have some info on their website here . I was going to sign-up, but got busy with other things. Oh well, I still have 2 months. Maybe I'll give it a try.
