My RE said none. He said some think it helps for an IVF cycle. He said for all those studies for it you will find the same amount saying it doesn't work. I think it can't hurt but I don't think that's what's gonna make or break your cycle

it helps if you have any sort of clotting issue. clotting issues can cause poor/lack of implantation and/or chemicals/mc due to poor bloodflow during implantation. i wouldnt take it without knowing you have an issue - but most doctors dont test for all of the known clotting issues.

it does help people who have clotting issues. it shouldnt be taken if you dont have these issues, but i know, unfortunately, many, res dont routinely test for clotting/thrombo problems.
