Could I have just spotted a tooth already?
He has been a little cranky which he rarely is and drooling a lot. I figured this morning while he was distracted I would take a look. I saw a little speck of white on his upper gums. I tried wiping it off and it didn't come off.
Could he be getting a tooth already?

My son got his teeth early and I think Lauren will too - she just turned 4 months. But they usually get the bottom teeth first, so who knows!

Because it's on the upper gum, I would guess it's Epstein's pearls (small white, BENIGN cyst in the gums). Maddie had them early on too. It went away on its own.
