Lower back pain
I was on my feet in the kitchen all day yesterday and now I feel like I can't even roll over in bed. My lower back is killing me. Any suggestions on what to do to ease the pain?

Re: Lower back pain
my back kills me every time Im standing for long periods or clean or do something crazy...I have to keep reminding myself to take it easy. I was recommended to get the maternity belt. I haven't bought it yet but I definitely want to do that this week because my back has been killing me all weekend.

Lower back pain
My back hurts when I sit too long or I stand too long...it's a never ending battle. The only things that help me or laying down on my side with a pillow between my legs, a heating pad (laying on my back with a pillow under my knees), or a bath to loosen the muscles in my back since they feel so stiff.
I hope you feel better. It also helps when DH rubs my back.

Re: Lower back pain
I go to the chiropractor 1-2 times a week and it really helps with my lower back and hip pain. I looked to find one that specialized in working with pregnant patients.

Lower back pain
Thanks for the responses. I thought heating pads were not allowed. That will really make a difference.

Heating pads are ok, just don't let it touch your stomach.
