10 month old spitting up

My little one hasn't spit up since she was about 4 or 5 months old. For the past 3 weeks, she has begun to spit up again. Usually it is formula.

Sometimes she burps, then spits up a bit. Or, she is crawling around and spits up. At first I thought it was because she was becoming more active and bending at waist that put pressure and made her spit up. Now, I don't think that is the only time. Today, she spit up 3 times, (usually once a day for past 3 weeks) and it was while she was just sitting. I am a bit concerned.

Anyone else's LO start to spit up again? DId it go away?

Has she had a cold, or is she stuffy? Does she has a cough, or is she teething? A lot of times, just the extra saliva from teething, will cause a cough, and a cough could lead to spit up?

she hasn't been sick but is a bit stuffy. I don't think she is teething (I don't see anything coming up).

I didn't think was serious to call the ped, but she doesn't go back until her 12 month check up.

Yes dd is doing this also. I thought the same thing. Moving around and it's a burp with reflux maybe? She's had a cold and she's getting her bottom teeth so I'm guessing it is just extra saliva
