Episiotomy ladies
When did you start exercising?
Not sure ill even have the time but I forgot to ask my doctor!

I was more toward 7 weeks, but my episiotomy did not heal correctly so i may be out of the norm

I had an episiotomy and further tearing. At my 6 week appt my OB said to wait an extra week and then start very slowly. I waited the week but just jumped back in hardcore and was fine.

Episiotomy ladies
I'm pretty sure my OB said I could start walking but not to do anything high impact until I saw him at 6 weeks.

At my 4 week visit, the dr said it was fine. But it was prob closer to 7 weeks when i felt up to it and could actually find the time.

I had one and it healed really nicely/quickly. My doctor gave me the clear to start running at my two week appointment.
