Episiotomy girls?
When did you start to exercise?
I'm not even sure ill have time but forgot to ask the dr!

I healed well and was cleared at 6 weeks- I had already started walking on the treadmill but more like light walking until I was cleared

The normal "rest" period for no sex or exercise after a vaginal delivery is 6 weeks, regardless of episiotomy. At your 6 week check up they'll clear you.
I was luck to have two late Spring babies so I did start walking around the neighborhood during that first 6 weeks.
