Afrin Nose Spray
I have a cold and I just can't breathe through my nose. I have such a hard time sleeping like this. Has anyone gotten the ok from their OB to use this? I wouldn't use it during the day and I would only use half the dosage just to help me have some relief to sleep. Any ideas

Afrin Nose Spray
I have had a nasty sinus infection. I am only 8 weeks so my ob said to just use afrin and not take sudafed at this point. The afrin helps clear my nose so I can breathe. Feel better.

I had bad congestion for a while & afrin was the only thing my dr mentioned I could take.

I'm not sure if you can take it during pregnancy, but if you can be careful when you use it because it's addicting. Totally thought it was an urban myth until it happened to me 2 years ago. It took me over a month to get my body off of it! I'd stick with saline!

Afrin Nose Spray
I would mix warm water and salt and sniff it up your nose(this sounds gross but it totally works and its all natural
You may need to do it morning and night but works like a charm!

I used Afrin throughout both of my pregnancies when I was sick and both babies and pregnancies were perfect. I couldn't tolerate not breathing, it was beyond torture.

If you are nervous about using the Afrin maybe get a saline nasal spray..
I was sooo congested in the 1st and 2nd tri and I bought Ayr brand saline nasal spray(after asking MD) and it helped a lot....
