honestly, the best thing for oily hair is to mix it up! have 2-3 shampoos and rotate them. I like pantene Ice Shine but it can dry so use it every 3 days or so.

Re: Shampoo for Oily Hair

I don't use a shampoo specifically for oily hair but I find if I shampoo it twice, it helps. I'll shampoo once .. rinse.. and then go back once more. (I put on less shampoo the first time and more the second)

Shampoo for Oily Hair

Thanks for the replies! I'll try the shampoos you suggested.. I do rotate between 2 and 3, but it isn't working. I stopped shampooing twice a long time ago, but I can definitely try it again. Haven't heard of putting the shampoo on dry hair though!!

Yup exactly, i have extremely oily hair and skin.
I have used everything under the sun, I constantly rotate and i usually wash it twice with 2 different shampoos every morning.
