Milk protein allergy moms?
My son is 5 months...we started food but wondering what u do for yogurt if anything? Is there a non dairy one out there or do you just skip it u til a year?

So Delicious makes a coconut milk yogurt. I only give it once in a while because it's so expensive. There are also several options for soy yogurt.

Dr hasn't given me the ok for any type of dairy yet. Just fruits and veggies

My ped said to try a tiny bit of yogurt at 9 months and see it she has a reaction. If so then wait till a year.
