Norweign cruise
so we booked our cruise, but now i am upset....
I see travelocity, expedia etc offers more of a bonus like extra on cash credit, free upgrades etc
I called the person who booked our trip thru Norweign and he said we are only eligible for a free room upgrade.
what can we do? anyone else go thru this?

Re: Norweign cruise
the room upgrade is great. if the other sites are offering a coupon book, dont feel bad.. its pretty lame
what if you cancel through that person and book through someone else? will there be a penalty?

Re: Norweign cruise
What's the penalty? If its less then the on board credit, then cancel and rebook.

Norweign cruise
Are those extras available on your specific cruise? Sometimes those travel sites advertise the bonuses but they're only good on certain dates.

Its not worth the cancelaltion to rebook and cancel, The price of the cruise has gone up- just wish they would be nice :)

On board credits can sometimes come with stipulations. Take the room upgrade.

Word. I'd take the room upgrade over the onboard credit ANY day.
ETA: Well, actually, how much of a room upgrade are we talking?
