I use it mostly when I'm out shopping alone with the 2 of them. Dd who is almost three would never hold my hand as we shopped, So it's easier to put them in the double ( give Dd the iPad) and get my errands done.

Grace will be 8 weeks tomorrow and I haven't used it yet though we have been out with two strollers (city mini for jack and snap and go for grace)

Thanks. Maybe I can find a used one. Ill be off from work the whole summer and I will probably want to take walks and I dont want to have to have DS walk next to use

we never use the stroller with ds anymore unless we are spending the day somewhere like the zoo that has a ton of walking so we arent getting a double stroller. I figure if ds gets tired somewhere i'll carry the baby in the ergo for a bit

I guess it depends on your lifestyle.
I am a ptwm so am home alone alot with my 3yr old & baby. We take long walks where my 3 yr old gets tired. The kids also love sitting next to eachother in the stroller to "play & talk" to eachother. We all love our stroller.

I think you need one just to have it in case...
But I use mine almost never with a 2.5 year old and a one year old. I do use the ergo a lot with my one year old.

I needed it but hated using it b/c it was so heavy. I ended up getting a sit and stand and used it all the time

I'm about to have a baby any day, and dd will be 3 in May. I thought I needed one but we decided to hold off until we see how dd reacts. She hates the stroller, likes it a bit better now, but mostly walks when we have it. I'm thinking of waiting and using the ergo if necessary and in 6 months maybe get a double umbrella if need be.

I never got a dbl stroller i have the joovy caboose (sit and stand). DS is free to stand up or sit and can get in and out on his own...he loves it. And if i just have the baby its small enough that it looks like a single stroller with a place to put my bag lol!

I had the baby in the Bjorn for months.

I guess it depends upon how often you go out alone or what kinds of places you go to. I have the kids by myself every weekend so for me, I needed a stroller for all of the kids.

I have an almost 3 year old and a 4 month old.

I want to get one, but my mom wanted one to take them on walks when she babysits. So we got a used one.

I don't plan to take it out to the stores, I found it to be heavy and hard to turn. So I can see is being a pain to push around a store.

We will probably only use it for walks around the neighborhood.

I have used it a decent amount. I use it if we are going anyplace crowded with both of them, anyplace that requires a lot of walking, and on walks.

Used the double stroller once when we went away this past summer. Before that, the few times we needed to, we just used two strollers. We bought a used one and got rid of it very quickly. Didn't see the need for it

I had a double stroller when #1 and #2 were young. I used it maybe 5 times! I usually just let my DD (15 months when DS was born) walk. I never had kids that were runners, but I did use a harness in public places, just to be safe. When #3 came along, she was in the baby carrier alot and I never brought a stroller with me anywhere.
