baby oil and a fine tooth comb. Worked like a charm. Rub some oil in them comb. It might take a few washes to get the oil out but it worked

i put baby oil on and let it soak for an hour or longer. then used a fine tooth comb to get the flakes out. Then we washed with selsun blue. She smelled like a freshly bathed man but it did the trick and hasn't come back. We did this a few times and kept washing with selsun blue for a few weeks.

Our ped recommended Head and Shoulders, and it worked great for this. Just be very careful to not get it in LO's eyes when you wash it out.

We were told, when you give them a bath, take some baby shampoo (we used california baby at the time), and brush it in the area in circular motions. We only had to do this once, and it was gone.

Pedia recommends head and shoulder. Even on face and neck.
The last time i used baby oil and it works. Im trying head and shoulder now with my baby boy.

I agree with the others baby oil or Olive oil which is what I used.
I did alittle bit each time I bathed my son's because there head is so delicate you won't want to make it to raw at once...

I used lotion and gloped it on. Let it set. Combed then washed it out. Seems to have mostly worked. A few small spots but ill get them next time.

I used the Mustella shampoo for cradle cap like once or twice and it was gone. Granted, DS also had a mild case.

 Just finished working with a baby with cradle cap.
First of all it depends on how severe the cradle cap is. If it is just a little bit then use the cradle cap shampoo from the pharmacy, it is over the counter or the medela cradle cap wash. For severe cradle cap use Johnson and Johnson baby oil or mineral oil, massage the oil into the scalp and rinse with Johnson and Johnson no more tears head to toe body wash.

DD has had it bad for months and I have tried every concotion/potion/shampoo out there. The only thing that keeps it semi-ok is this: let olive oil soak in 1-2 hours and then wash well with Mustela cradle cap shampoo. Everything else was a fail and her head got even worse for awhile. It's still crusty but not as bad as it was!

Coconut oil or olive oil, leave it on for about 15mins then work at it with a fine tooth comb. Mustela shampoo.
