Meats for dinner and selsen blue for cradle cap?
So, I just got this as a text message from DH.
He said the ped told him that Christopher should be having meat for dinner. Are these the stage 2 foods?
Also, has anyone tried Selsen Blue for cradle cap?

DS had bad cradle cap around 1 months old, my ped said to wash his hair with head and shoulders every other day and it worked after a couple of weeks. Now we just use johnson & johnsons.

I believe the meats come in Stage 1 too. Also, I haven't tried Selsun Blue (DD had BAD cradle cap!), but as per my ped used Neutrogena T-Gel and it worked great--make sure to use a fine tooth comb.
