Anyone else have to take the 3 hour twice!

So I have to take it again because it was off by one number. I am now 29 weeks. If it come s back again the same they will just treat me for diabetes. This stinks..I so do not want to do it again!! I was a diabetic with Ava so I dont know why they just dont treat me the same way. Oh what fun!!

You can refuse it. If you want to be treated as a diabetic just say I will not do the test again but we can start the gd protocol. You don't have to do every test and procedure they say.

I had to do the 3 hour twice with my second child who I just have birth to 3 weeks ago. Once at 12 weeks and the 2nd at 26 weeks. I also had GD when I was pregnant with my first child. The funny thing is I passed with both pregnancies and developed GD at 32 weeks because my baby was measuring big. I started testing my blood and my sugars were high. Very strange. You can just tell your doctor to just treat you as f you have GD...go on the diet, test your blood, etc. because having GD with your first puts you a a high risk of developing it with future pregnancies.
