What NOT to eat/do during pregnancy?
Even though i feel liek i just did this - i cant remember even the basics!!! Help!!!

What NOT to eat/do during pregnancy?
My DR was of the "everything in moderation" philosophy, but to limit caffeine, artificial sweetners etc as much as possible. Hair dying is OK, too.

Every doc tells you something different. Watch cold cuts, hot dogs, anything with mercury, raw fish, caffenine in moderation.

I avoid artificial sweeteners and limit caffeine but I do that even when not pregnant.

Oh boy, I feel like my doctor said no to alot of stuff: cold cuts, bacon, sausage, hot dogs, coffee, sushi, tuna fish, soft serve ice cream, soda, iced tea, all diff types of soft cheese.
