How do you not obsess on everything you are feeling?

I have been feeling crampy all day with bouts of nausea
Nothing consistent but feel off

I'm driving myself insane. Hoping and wishing it means something but knowing very well I could feel like this for the next 2 weeks.

Btdt did you feel like this right before it was "really it"

With my DD I felt realllllly run down and tired. I didn't really have cramping or BH, never lost my mucous plus, and had no dilation or anything. I woke up at 2 am at exactly 39 weeks and my water broke.........POP!! Guuuuuuush!!!! I never expected that since nothing was really going on prior.

This time, I am having intermittent BH, some menstrual like cramping off and on, the occasional backache and the baby feels loooooow but still no dilation or loss of mucous plug. I keep thinking I have some other early labor signs too but yet nothing is happening. Just keep crossing my fingers my water breaks or something happens soon.........I can't take it anymore.

Omg. I'm dying here too. I feel so neausos today. I'm having low cramping on and off. And the baby is low. My dr hasn't done internal yet so I have no clue hopefully this week and I still know I can be dilated forever. I honestly thought I was going to have this early with contractions at 34 weeks and still hanging I'm here hahaha. Every twinge or paini feel I am wishing and hoping but still nothing.

It's getting insane.

I'm driving myself nuts and I should know better since this is my third pregnancy. It's just that I've felt so different this time and have had regular BH contractions (for 1-3 hours each time) for weeks now. This week, they are less frequent but so strong. And the pressure!! I think baby engaged within the past couple days. It feels like I've get a watermelon between my legs. I tell myself not to get worked up because I'm only 37 weeks and my last baby was 10 days past EDD but its hard when so much is going on already!
