Pressure in the pelvic region?
I am 28 weeks. I have a 3 year old son, so this is not my first pregnancy. I feel like I already have pressure (tmi) in my lower region. I did not experience this until much later in my first pregnancy. I am a teacher and so I am on my feet a lot during the day. By the end of the day, I feel VERY uncomfortable. Is this bad or is it normal? I get worried sometimes that this is too early to be feeling such pressure pushing down. I do know that she is sitting very low, as confirmed by sono. Thanks for any advice or stories you may have!

Re: Pressure in the pelvic region?
I had this exact same problem yesterday. DS is 2 and I am a teacher also. I am 25 weeks and have felt that the baby is very low all,of a sudden. I got to work yesterday and felt like the head was all the way down in my crotch. My AP sent me home as soon as she saw how uncomfortable I was.mwent to dr and they hooked me up to the monitor. Baby was moving all over but everything looked good. They then did an internal and the dr felt the baby's head. Went in for soon which confirmed that the baby is head down and low. They did a test to see if I am at risk for preterm labor. They told me to wear a maternity belt and no heavy lifting which includes my son

Oh boy, this makes me nervous. What is a maternity belt? On my own I stopped picking up my son because it just got to be too much pressure. I'm getting a little nervous. Maybe I should go to the doctor.

Pressure in the pelvic region?
With both pregnancies the babies have been really low and I feel like this kid will fall out. Dd was head down get early and I had ALOT of pressure. This time it's on and off but I am 2 weeks to go and it's constant. It's normal.

Re: Pressure in the pelvic region?
I got it at motherhood maternity. Standing up it helps a lot, but sitting it is uncomfortable so I take it off. I went into preterm labor at 34 1/2 weeks last time so I am overly cautious. I'd rather be safe than sorry.
