Must be 3 months to start swim lessons???
Safe t swim starts swimming lessons at 2 months but someone told me the baby has to be at least 3 months because of certain shots they need.
I'm taking my dd to the dr. today and will ask but just wondering if anyone ever heard of this.

Pediatrician had me wait until 6 months- toxicity is something that can happen if babies under 6 months get too much water and she was afraid of the baby drinking the pool water
having taken the class- the baby barely drank any water for the first part of it- and I have read since that babies do better the younger they are because they are reminded of the womb and knew how to swim in there

I started DD at 6 months per our ped.
Next kid I'm starting as soon as Saf T Swim allows.
