Exercise and 2WW
Does anyone limit their exercise in the two week wait? I'm in it now and every other month I've continued to exercise but now I'm wondering if that's been a good idea. I take total body (including abs work) and Zumba.

No I think exercising is fine- just don't overdo it. Zumba should definitely be fine because you can modify the moves if you need to. Total body I would say as long as you're able to take it easy should be ok too.

If you have been working out for a while, you should continue to exercise. It is best to remain constant during the 2ww. As long as you don't BD and then immediately get up to do 60 minutes of Zumba or a full workout.

I asked my RE this question and he said exercising is fine. That said I still work out during the 2WW but I don't kill myself.
