Slightly anemic
Anyone else slightly anemic? I'm taking floridix drops, I didn't have this problem last time (although I think I'm always slightly anemic).
I'm trying to eat more greens, almonds and skins of potatoes. What else are you doing to UP your iron?

Im taken slow release iron pills.. thats what the doc recommended.. that's it really:)

Dr told me I could never get enough iron in just food..... they made me take iron pills which suck, cause they make me nauseous...
but if you still want to try...

red meat
beans

I've also been eating more red meat, which I previously did not eat much of.

Me! I am just doing what I can to eat foods high in iron, but I have severe morning sickness so I consider it a victory to eat anything. I also take an iron supplement.

I take floradix iron liquid supplement... It's non-constipating and slow release. I get it from the health food store

I'm always slightly anemic during pregnancy. I will take extra iron pills, but not every day.

Slightly anemic
I am taking Feosol, which is a slow releasing iron supplement. I can only take it at night, because it makes me nauseous otherwise.
