Hand cream for extremely dry hands?
I am on the search for a really good hand cream for super dry hands. The best I've found so far is Aveeno 24 hour lotion but even it isn't quite doing the job. I've tried several of the "good" ones- Lubriderm, L'occitane, etc but I haven't been impressed.
Does anyone have a hand cream that really makes a difference?

Mine are terrible!!! They bleed. Its embarrassing. People are always making comments about them. I just started using cetaphil and its been 3 days and they are already so much better!!!

I like the Shea Cashmere from Bath and Body Works, and I've tried many.
My hands also crack and bleed, and my daughter who is 5 gets really dry hands. I find that a little hydrocortisone helps us both too. I mix it in with my regular cream. Store brands work well.

Working Hands..it comes in a round green canister and you use it at night...really helps!

I have extremely dry skin. I have found two creams that I really like...and I have tried a gazillion!
Nivea Soft is really good and I have just recently tried Aveeno Eczema Therapy (I don't have eczema, but tried it anyway). It leaves your skin feeling so soft!

When my hands get really bad, I use aquaphor and cotton gloves at night. My hands are so much softer and less chapped in the morning.

Me too & mine crack in the winter. I keep a tube everywhere so I can prevent it getting bad!

The hemp one from the Body Shop. My DH is a hand-creme aficionado (he's a guitar player) and his hands crack in the winter. This is the only one that he will use now, and I have bought him lots of different ones.

My husband loves this hand cream. I personally can't stand the smell but it really does work good.
