remedy for very dry scalp?
I've tried the mustela cradle cap shampoo and neutrogena T-Gel but nothing is working. DD's scalp is so dry and flaky.
She's 20 months.

I would try baby oil and a fine tooth comb in the bath. See if that helps.
Or may e a dandruff shampoo will help

Don't laugh but head & shoulders worked for DS and it's been gone since.
It was recommended by a Ped.

my ped prescribed promiseh for her scalp, it was a shampoo and lotion and it cleared things up nicely

Massage jojoba oil, olive oil would be fine too into scalp leave on a bit then wash

This!! And also make sure you rinse VERY WELL with clean water.

My DD is only 4 months...and has terrible cradle cap and nothing I mean nothing has worked and I tried several remedies including all the listed above.

baby oil. put it on before bath, comb it through, let is set and then shampoo REALLY REALLY well.
