how long did your dc's stomach bug last?
ds is 13 months old. Monday he started with yellow mustard poops (smelled awful) and would barely eat. Then tuesday night he started vomitting (again barely ate all day and would barely drink water). Then wednesday he vomitted anytime he had anything, including water. Wednesday night he finally woke up at 3am and had some water and kept it down. Thursday he started eating VERY slowly and drinking water. That night he vomitted his dinner and then ate afterwards. Today he still has some diarrhea, but ate all day and at dinner... vomitted and then ate some more.
Just wondering when this will end? if maybe his gag reflux is very sensitive right now and that's why he's been doing it at dinner, but yet still wants to eat.
He's clingy as all h*ll and has 3 teeth coming in at once. He also had his ear infection come back and we switched from cefdinir to augmentum but couldn't give him the augmentum unless it was with food. But he wasn't eating for days.
He's just a disaster.  He's SLOWLY getting better but just wondering how long this might last.

DS had it right before xmass.
Vomited every half hour for 7 hours. Diarrhea for almost a week. Contagious for at least 10 days!

Yeah, my DSs both had it for a week+. We all got it. It was a total nightmare. Hope it goes away quickly for you!

how long did your dc's stomach bug last?
DS is 10 mos, he spit up a couple times and then had diarrhea for about a week, would eat but not nearly as much as normal. DD is 3 1/2 threw up every 20 min for about 4 hrs and the spread out for about 12 hrs total. She was then just feverish in bed for 3 days and didn't eat a thing. When she started eating she got hit with the runs for about a day and was finally back to herself after about 6 or 7 days. Me and DH were totally fine.

10 days?!?!? and did your dd get it too?
. Dd inky had one day of diarrhea. Dh , I , and my mom got it exacky 2 days after staying home with him. From there We gave it to 10 more people. 10 days after we had it we were in nc visiting inlaws and gave it to 2 more people!!! It was really insane!

Hopefully it will end for him soon and hopefully the rest of us won't get it.

DS had it for about 10 days. We took him to the doctor after about 7days and she told us that water doesnt help (we were giving him water also) and that he should only drink pedialite or gatorade and eat plain foods. (My ds is 3 so he was asking for food bc he was hungry throughout it and we thought it was a good sign he was hungry and were feeding him) and he would stop throwing up for either a whole day or almost but then it would start back up again. When we gave him only pedialite and small doses or very plain foods (crackers, toast, white rice, chicken broth) he got better much quicker
