3 hour GD test!
My 3 hour test got cancelled saturday due to the storm so I am now going tomorrow morning.. They said not to eat or drink anything from 10-12 hours before..
Can I eat normal food today or do I need to be extra good in order to pass the test? Not sure if that has an effect on anything or not?  I really want to pass!! lol

You have to fast but if you have GD, you have GD. Can't hide it by eating better today. Good luck!!

You have to fast for the three hour. Eating "right" won't help you pass the test or not develop GD. I had it with both pregnancies in the third trimester when I passed the three hour both times

I ate normal leading up to it and then fasted. I passed with flying colors.
