UPDATED with Question-Stressed and Confused
Update-
First, thank you for your responses.
I did end up o'ing this month after all. Finally got my first positive opk on Thursday. I know you are supposed to stop testing but I had more tests so continued and also got positive opks on Fri, Sat and Sunday. I typically get positive opks for 2-3 days but both last month and this month had them for 4! Is that strange? I had the most ewcm and intense o pains Thursday night into friday morning so though I o'd then, but then both Saturday and Sunday got postiives. I was very surprised to get a postive yesterday, as I really thought that would be 1dpo, but if it was 1 dpo I wouldn't have gotten a positive test, would I? Today I am negative so should I count this as 1dpo instead? I am so confused.
This month has just been so weird. After 7 months ttc with dd and then 3 months this time around I have always started getting positive opks around CD13. Last month was CD11, and I have gotten them in the past as late as CD15, but this month didn't get a positive until CD17. I guess with the uti earlier in the month and the stress of it all it was just delayed. We did get to BD on CD17 and CD19 this month (1st and 3rd day of positive opk). Didn't get to on 2nd day of positive opk because DH got home really late bc of the storm and DD was up sick most of the night. Glad we were able to get some bding in this month after all (ended up being a blessing o was delayed) but still wishing it was more. Fingers crossed for a blizzard bfp!
I typically have very regular, 28 day cycles. I have ovulated early/late some months causing my cycle to be anywhere from 25-31 days., but my luteal phase is usually always 14 days long.
This would be our third month trying to conceive. Last month I got positive opks on CDs 11, 12, 13 (I usually don't get a positive until CD 13 so a little ahead of schedule). I ended up with a UTI post ouvlation (I am prone to them). I finished the antibiotics right beofre AF arrived. This cycle we ended up on CD 8 & 9 and I ended up with another UTI. I just finished a second round of antibiotics. I figured I was probably out for the month, which depressed me, but continued to use the opks just to keep track of ovulation. I have been testing since CD 10 and today is CD16 and I have still not gotten a positive opk. I have used opks many tiimes and I don't believe I have ever gone this long without a positive. (and I usually get at least 2 days of them if not 3). I also don't believe I have ever gone a month without ovulating, so I am very confused.
I was told that the macrobid (and the uti) would not affect my ovulation-which it has not in the past, but I don't know why else it would be messed up this month. I also get a lot of pains before ovulation and so far this month haven't felt anything I have had a few sporadic days of EWCM so I thought my body was gearing up but still not o pains or positive opk
Any insight? Also, if for some reason I don't end up ovulating this month will my period still come as planned?
Why can't things ever be easy

Re: Stressed and Confused
No insight, but is it possible the antibiotics messed up the test?
Sorry you're going through this. I know how frustrating it is. Just hang in there!!!

Stressed and Confused
While macrobid will not interfere with Pregnancy per se......any medication can mess with things, stress whatever. Thats why when people say they never have these things happen.....you also were never TTC...that alone brings crazy things!!!!!
