I stopped pumping today. Any advice
I am anticipating a lot of pain. Anyone have any advice for when it sets in?

When I stopped pumping I started off weaning. I went down to twice a day, then gradually once until my breasts didn't feel full anymore. It took maybe a week. Expect leaky breasts! I wasn't prepared for that, I thought that was only in the beginning lol .
My breasts didn't hurt that much, so no advice for you there. Good luck!

I was exclusively pumping. DD is now over a year, so I made the decision to stop.
I did what PP said (slowly weaning down) and I was prepared for leaky breasts, however last night I leaked right thru by bra and 2 sports bras.
I have heard about using cabbage leaves . . has anyone used them?

It sounds like you did eyerything correct. Other things that dry you up is mint, sage, any deconjestant.
It must be weird to not pump. I'm in the processes of weaning from the pump as well.

i would go slower with the weaning...pump for like 5 minutes to relieve the fullness..but not to empty...and do that first in all your sessions...then cut out a session every couple of days...

pump 5 min or so if you need to take the edge off. Ice packs, cabbage leaves (but they will make your bras smell forever!) and a tight sports bra.
