I'm a stupid, STUPID mommy!
So, my obsessive/compulsive side came out in the middle of the night and at 3:30 am, I got up to check on Ava, and I didn't like that she was too close to the side of the crib, so I moved her. How stupid can one mommy be? She wasn't even that close to the side. So OF COURSE, she woke up screaming because I startled her, then she wouldn't go back to sleep, so I had to give her a bottle at 3:30am, somethign we haven't had to do in weeks, then she didn't even sleep much longer after that. So, I'm crownign myself Stupid Mommy for the day

Rachel look at it this way, if you never moved her you would not of slept anyway because you would have been worried that she wasn't getting enough air in that position. So in either scenario you would have lost sleep

We all do that. What I do is I oput my hand on here back to be sure she is ok. You probably didnt have to give a bottle though. If she takes a binky thts what I would have done.

I have done this too. You are always better safe than sorry. You wouldn't have slept well if you hadn't moved her antway.

I would have done the same thing! DH yells @ me if I get to close to him while he is sleeping, even if he looks uncomfortable I want to "fix" him

You're not stupid Rach. When my DS used to sleep in his swing, my DH would actually stop the motion of the swing to make sure DS was still breathing. Of course, 9 times out of 10 that woke him up. It made DH feel better and DS would eventually continue his nap. You're just looking out for her.
