DD got her first bottom teeth at 4 months. I haven't been the best with brushing every night and just yesterday saw what appeared to be a spot on her top tooth. It was kind of dark. Is it possible that I've neglected her teeth and she's starting to get tooth decay. She only got those top teeth in November. Chat Icon Feeling like a bad mommy.

ETA: She did have her well visit last week and the dr. didn't say anything, but did ask me if I was brushing her teeth regularly. She would've said something I'd think if she noticed a problem, right? She was also on 2 rounds of antibiotics this past month for ear infections.
