another feeding Q- how many oz of BM or formula does your 4mo old drink each feeding ?
obviously I don't know when he is BF but when DH gives him pumped milk he takes 5oz or so, I usually keep no more than 5oz per bottle in the fridge/freezer and seems satisfied, meaning he doesn't cry for more.

i think 5oz is about right for a 4 month old.
that said, my 3 month old eats between 6.5 and 9oz each time

DD drinks 6.5-7 oz of formula every 3.5-4 hours during the day.

My 4 month old takes between 5-7 oz. I usually give him 6oz bottles at daycare of pumped bm.

My 8 month old has been taking 4-5.5 oz's of EBM since 3 months of age.

My 4mo old DS takes 5-6oz of formula or BM at a time, 6-7X per day.

DD doesn't get bottles very often but has always taken 4-5 ounces when she does.
