What size Clothing at age 12 months?

When your dc was 12 months old, what size clothing were/are they wearing? I know its so hard to judge, but all of the stores have such cute summer clothing out right now and I want to buy some for dd who will turn 1 in July. Right now she is 6 months old wearing 6-9 month clothing. She is in the 90th percentile for weight and height. I am guessing she will be wearing 18 months by that time? Im not really sure. Any advice would be great. Thanks !

My DD is the same %tile and was wearing the same size as your DD at that age. She is 13 months and wearing 12-18 or 18 months. Right now, 18-24 is too long on her but the shirts in 24 are ok, just a little big. I would imagine by the summer my dd will be in 24 months.

I think in general 18 months should be right. Height doesn't matter as much for summer clothes since you won't be buying pants.

DD was in some 9 months and just starting to wear 12 months when she was 12 months old.
She is generally small though.
50th for weight
70th for height

i woudl probably say 18 months for shorts and 24 months for tops.

My DS is 13m and shirts he is wearign 12m but pants he is all over the place. he has one pair that is 6-9m. My DS is a peanut though. He is 19lbs and average height.

At that age my DD's clothing size was exactly her age. She didn't start outpacing her age until she was older, maybe around 2.5 yrs old.

Mostly 24 months but still in some 18 months. By 15 months, he didn't fit in anything smaller than 24 months.

It's so hard to tell. DD will be 1 next month and she is already wearing 12 months. I am getting her 18 months for spring/summer. She is on the smaller side and I can't imagine her needing 2 sizes bigger come the summer. I am not a fan of things being long anyway. I like short dresses on girls.

DS is wearing 18 months (he's 12 mos) at his last checkup (9mos) he was in the 50th % for weight and 75th % for height.
We got a lot of 24mo clothes for xmas, bday and baptism (all happened within 3weeks1). He's 5 1/2 in shoes.
24mos is really big on him but I like that he can grow into his clothes.

my son is 1 and in 12 month clothing, but it's still big on him. But he's tiny. 9th % for height and 6% for weight.

My daughter was mostly wearing 18-24 month stuff (taling Gap/ON type sizing) at 1 years old. She could wear some 12-18 mo stuff on bottom or in some dresses. She was in Carters 18 mo sizing. She was a 95%-ile baby as well.

I would guess 18 months.

My DS was wearing 18 months at a year old and he was also in the 90th percentile for height and weight.

My DD is on the smaller side and was wearing 6-9 months at 1 year, 18 lbs. For her, she is pretty much still in the same size now at 14 months, she wears some 12 months. I noticed as she got closer to 1 year she did not change sizes as quickly. She is always in the 20-25% for weight.
