What is the best time to take a pregnancy test?
I have read both first morning pee and not until 10:00. Any opinions?

If it's early, FMU is best. If you're farther along, any time of day will work. FMU is just more concentrated with HCG (if you're pregnant) early along.

FMU is usually best however, with this pregnancy I decided on a whim to test at like 10pm at 11DPO with both a cheapie test and a FRER and I got a very dark line on both. With my DD, I tested at 10DPO with FMU and I got the faintest line ever.
