Has anyone used these or have recommendations?
Or even any prenatal exercise video

Prenatal yoga videos
I bought a couple of them from amazon. I looked at the top rated ones and read their reviews and bought three of them.
I really got into them in the beginning but it kind of started getting boring after a little while.
If you have places that offer prenatal in your area, I recommend going to the classes rather than doing the dvd's at home

I do plan on taking a few classes but I have bad schiatica already so wanted something for at home to relieve it a bit

go to a a few classes...the teacher will be able to give you some stretches that will help the sciatica. it will be more beneficial then the videos bc they wont focus on sciatica like your instructor should be able to.
