Recommend your prenatal yoga videos
I have Prenatal Yoga with Shiva Rae. I like it but was looking for another one to switch it up.

I have the Shiva Rea one as well and got the Crunch Yoga Mama to switch it up.
I did them both when I was PG with DD. Now I'm just taking classes.

I was going to take prenatal yoga on sunday mornings at South Nassau Hospital, but It's kind of inconvienent for me, so I decided to buy some DVDs. I checked all the reviews on amazon and decided on these 2:
The Perfect Pregnancy Workout vol. 1
(good for toning, slightly rigorous)
Yoga Pregnancy: Pre and Post Natal Workouts
(good for stretching / relaxing)
I literally JUST ordered them, then saw your post. I'm NOT into exercise, so I chose light and basic workouts. I'll let you know how I like them when they come.

I take them way way way out east where I live.
You should be able to do level 1 yoga anywhere if you can't find a pre-natal in your area, just tell the instructor you are PG before the class and they will help you modify your moves.
