Week Used Bella Band?
What week did u start using the Bella band during ur first pregnancy. I am 7 weeks 4 days and I already have to use one. Oh boyyyy!

Don't worry, it's just bloat!
I started wearing the band around 10w, but before that I'd get really bloated in the afternoons. Some days I'd have to unbutton my pants at my desk just to breathe! Better to be comfy so don't sweat about wearing it now. You also might want to consider investing in some maternity pants soon. They will make you so much more comfy!
