What prenatal brand do you take?
I am looking into prenatal vitamins and for some reason my former Obgyn who I no longer go to didn't believe in prenatals and said to buy one a day multivitamin if I was that concerned. I have scheduled an appointment with my new obgyn but its not until the end of Feb. It would be helpful for me to know which are some brands that you are currently taking TIA

Thorne Research, basic prenatal. They contain folate instead of folic acid, which I cannot absorb properly.....they're a very good vitamin company as all of their ingredients are very pure.

Rainbow Light petites! You have to take three small pills but I rather that then one horse pill that chokes me out! They are all natural and don't upset my stomach.

I take the vita fusion gummies... I know the other ones are probably better for you but these ones I actually remember to take because they are like eating candy!

I take the cvs brand of women's one a day prenatals. It comes with a multi-vitamin and a DHA pill. I really like them! They usually have a buy 1 get 1 free sale about once a month, so that is a plus.

This- it's all the same vitamins and so much cheaper

Thanks ladies I will be going to the pharmacy tomorrow. I will try the one a day prenatal with the DHA until I can get a prescription from my Dr.

I take natures bounty your life prenatal it has dha. Plus it's almost always buy 1 get 1 free! I take them with dinner and am fine. No nausea.

i love them
i was taking over the counter and i could tell they were not as 'good?' from the way my nails and hair was - when i started vitamed i saw a big difference in my nails and hair a week later - they look good again - that must mean something good !!?? - plus not nauseous.
when i was pregnant the 1st time i took prescription perfera with dha and i liked them too

Vitafol-one prescription. Took a few days to get used to and I had some mild nausea/lightheadedness but now I'm totally fine and I actually remember to take them every night!

I never had any nausea with the gummy prenatals.
