When do you start taking your OPKs and for how many days??

I usually start testing on cd8 and go from there until I get my  ..once i get a pos, I stop testing and just get down to  ! Good luck!

It really depends on how many days your cycles are.

My cycles are 28-29 days long. Last month was my first time using OPKs and I started on CD6. I got a smiley on CD13.
This month I started using the OPKs on CD9
