We stayed a the Secrets Resort Capri in Riviera Maya...it was 6 years ago - but we really enjoyed it!

We went to Cancun in November a few years ago, but it was a bit chilly.
I would make sure you're pretty far south..my review is here .
We stayed at a Riu resort though, and we're a big fan of that line of all-inclusives..we're staying at the one in jamiaca those days in february
