Re: Traveling overseas with infant
I traveled to Greece several times with my both DS's when they were babies. How old is your DC? Because if he/she is old enough not to be in a carrier that is definitely a plus ! They do make like a "backpack" kind of to put a car seat in to carry around the airport, because I know that that the airport over there is huge and most international ones are. That helps alot. And try to pack as light as you possibly can.
If your DC is still on formula it's easier just to bring the cans of formula or the packets and sealed bottles of water..
It's been so long now that I don't know if I'm forgetting anything! Hope this helps

Hi! thanks for getting back to me! We are actually flying to Cyprus. My son is 3 months now. We are trying to book our ticket for February. I am breastfeeding. I will look into the backpack thing. Thanks! I was told its ok to wheel the stroller up to the gate so I might just do that.

They're usually pretty accomodating for someone with an infant. Are you flying Olympic ? we usually flew either Olympic or Delta, but honestly I had better experiences with Olympic.

I have flown Olympic and Cyprus airways. We will probably fly Lufthansa or British airways this time. Thanks again for the advice!
