essential items for babysitter's home?
My mother will be watching DD while DH and I are working. Are there any essential items that she needs to have to keep at her home? For example, where will the baby sleep? Will my mother need a bassinet or a pack and play or something. I'm not sure what to set her up with... any tips?
Thanks!

My mom doesn't watch DD full time, but we spend a ton of time over there. She has a pack and play, a changing table for upstairs, a bouncer/swing, a excersaucer, another sort of seated play thing (not a jumper, but a seat that rotates around a center toy console), diapers, wipes, destin, changes of clothes, a bath tub (we often spend the night or do bath there before leaving), and some small toys. Most of everything was hand me downs or my mom picked stuff up when she wanted it. She also has a carseat base in her car for the infant seat and a convertible seat.

Re: essential items for babysitter's home?
My MIL bought a pack and play for the baby to sleep in (although neither kid liked sleeping in it) and a swing for her house (which they loved sleeping in)-we didn't 'require' them, she wanted to get it to make her life easier. We provided the diapers, wipes, food, formula, diaper cream, a thermometer, any medicines, diaper cloths (spit rags) etc., and travel high chair.
She did not get a carset bc she doesn't drive, and we left our stroller there if she wanted it that day.
We also gave her a set of replacement clothes depending on the season so she could change the baby if clothes got dirty.
