Panic Attack??
So last night was awful.....DH and I had date night which was great. Then when we get home i start getting all shaky, so nervous and just not comfortable in my own skin. We go to bed and i freaked out! DH was right on top of me (our dog was hogging his side of the bed) Every time he touched me I cringed. I actually felt like i wanted to kill him! Please tell me I'm not losing it! It freaked me out and I finally cried myself to sleep.....

Re: Panic Attack??
It. DEF sounds like a panic attack to me. If it is normal during pregnancy I am not sure. But when I have a panic attack I drink ice cold water and for some reason it helps.

Re: Panic Attack??
Definitely sounds like a panic attack, have you had them before prior to being pregnant? I went through a period of about a year when I had them all the time, anxiety stinks. Hope you feel better today. If it happens again try to remind yourself that its just a panic attack, you aren't really in any danger, just your body doing silly things in response to stress hormones!

I had a couple in college but not anytime recent. I only know the symptoms of one because I'm a therapist and have patients with anxiety issues. The timing was just so strange.
