BRU Furniture Nightmare

I'll spare you the details, but after months of back and forth with BRU due to them being out of stock, canceling orders, pieces coming in severely damaged, we finally received our furniture....

Now the crib has several tiny little barely noticeable cracks and imperfections in the wood. Ignore them and end this furniture nightmare or be concerned that the tiny cracks will get bigger and bigger over time and send it back???

The dresser seems to have a drawer that doesn't sit right on the tracks and catches when you try to close it. Also not a huge deal, but noticeable when you open and close that one particular drawer.

I'd order from another store or get a different set, but I'm in love with the look of this particular set and would be so disappointed if I had to settle for one I didn't like as much.

What would you do?

I would have to send it back. Their furniture isn't cheap and I'd be pissed if a drawer didnt close and there were cracks in the crib. No one else sells that line?

Without any hesitation, I would send it back. The things you see now are almost certain to worsen.

I would send it back... you bought new furniture, it should be new and perfect. That is B/S.

Re: BRU Furniture Nightmare

Send it back! I had problems with my crib and chaning table/dresser matching. One was darker wood than the other. I had to send it back several times and although I was fed up and just happy to have furniture, I am glad I sent it back.

I would sent it back. You paid a lot of money for furniture, and it should come to you in perfect condition. I'm so sorry You have to go through this, but better get what you paid for!
