Is all this soreness/achiness normal??
I'm 34 weeks tomorrow and I'm so sore and achy in my inner thighs and around my groin area...especially when I get up from sitting for a while... I feel like I can barely walk and going up and down stairs is torture... is this normal?

maybe its your hips expanding? idk... but it sounds like something that would happen at this time... my hips have been hurting more and more. Not my thighs/groin tho

I had severe groin pain that started very early in the 2nd tri. It was very difficult to walk, turn over in bed. I think I had Symphysis Pubic Dysfunction (SPD), but the doctor never confirmed/diagnosed it. He just kept saying it was normal pregnancy pains.

Definitely normal at this point. Your hips are expanding prior to the baby moving down so your muscles are pulling and tugging.
Try doing some deep squats (easier said then done I know) and hold down for a minute or so. Or when your sitting (on the floor, bed, couch) sit with your feet together and pull your legs in a bit to help stretch the muscles.
I have been doing it for a few weeks now and don't feel as much pain (I am 38 weeks today)
Feel better!!

Totally normal...I have it, too! Feels like I just worked out I'm so sore sometimes. But as the others have said, it's just your body's way of getting ready for the baby.
