Tips to help male fertility?
Any little things your DH does to help with sperm motility and longevity??
ex: supplements, certain foods..

Multivitamin. Also green foods high in frolic acid help

antioxidants. my Dh had a mild morphology issue. we did a DNA defragmentation SA and it showed high oxidization levels. as recommended by the RE he took Dr Myatts Maxi-Flavone supplement. we never had another issue. we did conceive with IVF (due to my issues, not his) and they did ICSI from which we had 100% fertilization so I def think his sperm overall were stronger from the antioxidant.

 Shared the long list of vitamins with DH and he said "are you trying to kill me? I don't need any of that garbage!" he is too

Yes, this is exactly how my DH is.. so stubborn!! I am treating him like my 6 year old asking if he ate his vitamin every morning LOL
