question about E.A.S.Y.
i didn't read the book so i really only know about E.A.S.Y. based on things i read online.
So i know it's Eat, Activity, Sleep, Your time ... but DS always wakes up from his nap about half hour before he's actually hungry. Do i feed him anyhow whenever he wakes up, or do i wait?
He eats every 3 hours or so (sometimes more, rarely less). This morning: 9am - Eat 9:30 - 10:30am - Activity 10:30 - now (11:30) - Sleep (but he just woke up and he "should" be sleeping till noon, according to E.A.S.Y)
I've been playing with him till he gets hungry ... is that right?
Oh, he's 10 weeks old.

Re: question about E.A.S.Y.
I did read the book. For me, "EASY" didn't really work until DD was about 5 months old, though.
The main thing to take away from it is that she doesn't want you to feed the baby right before sleep. Feeding should be after he wakes up. It doesn't matter if it's immediately after waking up or half an hour later; the important thing if you're using her schedule is not to let the baby fall asleep on the breast/bottle.
