Re: Need help picking boots

I really like the look of the bare traps. They are my first choice.

Then to justify them over the other pair, it looks like the bottom sole of the bare traps is a little thicker and provides better insulation against wet, slushy snow.

Plus, when you actually wear the Sporto ones, you'll have the laces sticking out. Unless you feel like sitting on the floor while putting them on and tying the laces and tucking them into the boot.

I found two other pairs of Bare Traps that I like as well - one pair has laces but also has zippers on the inside so the laces are just for show.

I think I still like the first pair of Bare Traps - Emilse.

I'd love to buy them for myself, but I just can't justify it being that I'm 8 months pregnant and barely able to fit into a pair of sneakers at this point! LOL!

Thank you everyone! I loved the Dory but was unsure about the laces, they were a bit more casual than I wanted. I ordered the Emilse Chat Icon in the brown. They were also $20 cheaper so that helped Chat Icon
