Smaller, easy to swallow prenatals?????
My Rainbow light prenatals are awesome in so many ways-- I always get nauseous from vitamins and I have no issues with this brand, plus they are all natural. My one, HUGE issue is that they are gigantic!! I almost choke to death everytime I take one.
Can anyone with sensitive stomachs recommend their prenatal that is not a horse pill??

I take the generic Rite Aid prenatal vitamins because I don't have issues with swallowing pills, but I know some women take the gummy version of prenatals. I found these on amazon, but I think target also carries them too or something similar.
ETA: not sure how they are with sensitive stomachs, but it may be worth the try! HTH!

I take the gummies...you can get them at Walgreens or target.... I got sick n every prenatal I took but these are great

I take Citranatal DHA via prescription. They go down easy (smooth coating) and don't make me constipated like the OTC brands do

The Rainbow light website lists the ingredients. It says it has the same amount of Calcium as the regular Rainbow Light Prenatals do...

I use Women's One a Day along with some Omega 3's in this bottle that goes in the fridge.
