When did you get AF after C-Section (Possible TMI)

Im 6 weeks pp and was bleeding heavy for about 4 weeks after I gave birth. Then the blood got lighter and was getting darker and I thought any day now it will stop all together. NOPE! 3 days ago I started bleeding more and it was dark then turned to bright red and now is a really heavy flow, I never really had a heavy flow like this when I used to get AF before I got pregnant. Some small clotting, nothing big. I don't know if this is AF or a continuation of my C section bleeding. I feel no achy cramping like I always used to have when I would get AF. So I'm confused. Has anyone here had this happen to them?? My incision also started to feel a bit sore again recently before this started. I'm BF and supplementing LO, idk if this info matters. But I thought if you BF your AF came much much later, but maybe that's if you are exclusively BF??

its prob still post partum bleeding. mine was heavy then light then heavy again. i didn't get AF until 9m post partum and I wasn't even EBF, i was BF and FF and had low supply.

the incision will feel sore for a while, esp any time your uterus is contracting or shedding (which happens both with AF and even moreso with post partum bleeding). i always noticed when BFing i could literally feel it contracting and I would bleed heavier (sorry TMI). but IMO youre still post partum bleeding.

I'm 6 weeks today and have been spotting on and off for awhile now. At one point (4 weeks) I thought I had gotten AF...but I'm still not even sure if that was it.

I bled for maybe 3-4 weeks after. I did not BF and didn't get my first AF until about 10.5 weeks PP. It was very very heavy too.
